Today I looked at the calendar and couldn't hardly believe it's nearly the end of October. Seriously, where the heck has the time gone? Which also reminded me I've got less than 2 months in me 20's. 10 years ago as I was entering my 20's, if you had asked me what I'd feel like on the cusp of turning 30, the answer would probably be...ummm, freaked out.
What if I don't have "x,y,z" by the time I'm 30?
What if I haven't accomplished everything I want to do by then?
What if, what if, what if..🤦🏼♀️ But in reality? I'm pretty damn excited for the next decade.
Someone special to me once told me that if you can be grateful for how far you've come, excited about where you're going, and are in love with the journey, you're already winning.
Because in all reality, there is no timeline for all the things you want to do. Life isn't a race. You've just got to trust the timing of your life, and not compare it to others.
You're not too late.
You're not too early.
You're absolutely, 100%, right on time. 🖤
And that, is advice that I'll forever be grateful for. What's a piece of advice you've gotten that you always carry with you?
