What do you get if you cross an Chinese medicine practitioner, a Pilates teacher and a Nutritional Therapist? A wellness blog with a great mix of East meets West, mind/body/spirit, food and movement!
So how is all this going to work?
Our plan is to focus on a basic monthly theme around which we’ll each share tips and advice based on our own experience and expertise. This month’s focus is on the ‘small steps’ you can make that equal big changes to your health. Ana is our personal trainer/Pilates instructor, Suze is the resident Nutritional Therapist/Wellness Coach and Olga brings acupuncture, Psychology and more coaching to the mix. And we are all busy mums. Each week will include an individual post from each of us featuring tips and information that we hope will make it just that little bit easier to look after yourself as well as those around you.
We’ll also be throwing in a healthy sprinkle of guest experts, product reviews, quotes, discussions and frankly anything else that you mum’s would like to see... as long as it’s not going to get us kicked off social media and / or arrested 😂
